So they’re Scars songs that Serj added some vocals to. Sure it’s nice to have new music, but I’m disappointed. I miss when Serj was the lead singer.

Scars songs are System songs Serj doesn't want to release with System. So Daron releases them with Scars. If that makes sense. In other words: the latest Scars album, Dictator, was written for System but Serj didn't want them. Daron was tired of waiting for Serj so he released them with Scars. These two songs were probably left-overs. They protect the land is meh but Genital Humanoid is pretty good. |

I never understood the fuss about Serj’s voice, I don’t like it at all, cannot see any potential In his voice, just someone shouting instead of singing and his voice most times is all over the place.
I liked the first song, i find it a lot better when they sing together cause i find that Daron’s voice grounds Serj’s but anyway

These feel really lazy and uninspired. They feel like left overs that they put out for the sake of giving fans new stuff. I dunno, maybe it's just been so long since they've released new music that they've just fallen out of favour with me.
