I would pay a lot of money to see this Pantera. I have never seen them live. Great music, played by great players. Phil is there so why not...and by the videos I've seen so far, Phil sounds pretty good too.
Zakk and Charlie do great as well.

I'll gladly take half of Pantera with 2 legendary replacements any day over never getting to hear these guys live again. This is no different than seeing many other bands like Slayer etc without the original lineup. I was lucky enough to catch them on the Far Beyond Driven tour, but that was so long ago. This is a very special way to relive that then some.
And in a few more days and I will! 🙂

Pantera put on such a good show on Friday, that part of me felt ready to go home after they were over. Not because I was ready to go home, but because of how solid it was for a 7-8pm show. Great sound, amazing energy, and great crowd interaction. They also use Metallica's giant circle stage better than Metallica did.

We have a roof on the Olympic Stadium, so it should be dark when Pantera play. I'm sure that will add to the nuttyness. Were they using a lot of lights, even though it was bright? There are going to be so many people injured during Pantera, the crowds here are beyond crazy and people take things too far with the alcohol and "I'm going to kill someone in the pit tonight" attitude. The medical tent will be a show in of itself 😂
