Im about halfway thru the Roam DVD and really loving the performances. Im shocked how much i am falling back in love with the Black album period.
And still lots of shit to work thru, loving it

I'm on a pension so I just can't pay out that much  in other news, my brother had the speakers in his car fixed and so he bought a copy of the remastered Black Album to try em out  |

Theres some cool close up shots of the band in some of these videos on the Roam DVD. Im thinking this is probably right when you first had the ability to zoom right in and keep quality type videoing.
Just watched ONE, theres a guy using an umbrella....in the fucking snake pit. I wonder if he or the umbrella survived that night.

Leper Messiah on the Bonus Shit DVD is excellent apart from a bit of blackscreen at either end of the vid. One of my favourite Met tracks, nice inclusion.

Watched the Nov 92 show from the Box last night.
Jason really loved being in Metallica didn't he.....pretty cool effort in Creeping Death, he might have been possessed by a demon at some point there.
Bass solo morphing into the intro of Dazed and Confused is so fkn cool. I vividly recall the time I saw that on stage during Black album tour....I was pretty close to front and it was quite dark, just bass solo thing happening, then Kirk was lit up standing right in front of me (didnt see him take his place there in the dark) hitting those harmonics. I'm crazy big Zep fan and you didn't know what you were going to get at a show back then, so this was just a huge surprise moment of fuck yeah!
Still getting high on this box, and still more to come.
