I hate EP's. A cd that's over in 15 mins and pay full price for it? Fuck that shit. I would expect it to be longer than 15mins..... and its not sitting on a shelf with a pricetag yet either, calm down  I was speaking in general. I rather have a full album. |

This just in: the 8/11 and 8/14 shows have been revealed to be Load & ReLoad celebration shows where they will play each album front to back, plus Enter Sandman, One, and Master of Puppets as an encore.

Just caught up on last night's setlist. Maybe it's because it's early in the morning but it took me a solid 30 seconds to find the difference between the last two setlists. They're almost identical, lol

It seems their new touring process is to start off with greatest hits + a bunch of random songs they’ve rehearsed recently… see which of those random songs get the best reaction, then lock those bastards in for the next 12 months.
We saw it back in 2019 with God, Clover and we see it again now with Dirty Window and… Clover again.
A decent selection of songs got one or a handful of plays before they locked in the songs they want to rotate. And Nothing Else Matters wasn’t gone too long.

Yeah they're becoming the inverse of what they were a decade ago. The beginning of the tour 100x more interesting than the end, whereas they made it a point to switch it up at the end before. Those Australia 2010 shows were nuts.
